1- Download the correct recovery ISO according to CUCM version then burn the .ISO image to a CD and create a bootable recovery disk. If its a Virtual machine Copy the ISO to VM data store. and make following changes
default settings
Click on CD/DVD drive and select Datastore ISO file , then browse the file->Press Ok
2- Boot the server from the recovery disk, once the system boot from recovery media it shows recovery options
3-Press the ’ f ‘ to start the file system check and then press Enter key to continue.4-Finally, choose option Q to exit the recovery disk program.Remove the recovery disk and reboot the server. The system should boot normally.
Database verification
Checks following services are running (started) on the servers; execute
“utils service list” command to verify services.

Cisco Database Layer Monitor
-
A Cisco DB
-
A Cisco DB Replicator
-
Cluster Manager
Check the network, hostname, related things on each server:
-
utils network connectivity
-
utils ntp status
-
show network cluster
-
show tech network hosts
-
utils diagnose module validate_network
If the Database replication status is not ‘Good’ perform following:
-
utils dbreplication stop (first on SUBS then on
PUB)
-
utils dbreplication reset all (on PUB – it may take a
couple of hours depends on the db size)
-
utils dbreplication runtimestate (verify the status).
